Second Hand Rose was established in October 2004 and opened with the goal of making upscale clothing available to everyone of all incomes.

Our pricing scale is very different than other consignment stores as most items discount 15% the first month and every week after until the end of two months it discounts to 50%. All evening wear/prom dresses are consigned for six months and reduced based on the length of time the consignment is with us and will only discount at the most 25% by the end of the consignment. Our Square Dancing Consignment apparel is an exception and are sold as prices marked, there are no additional discounts.
